"Invalid BeatMaker 2 file"

edited May 2012 in Support
I accidentally pressed the round, central "return to desktop" button on my iPad just as I was saving a .bm2 file. Now the file won't open and I get the following error message:

"Invalid file: Invalid BeatMaker 2 file"

Is this file in any way recoverable? Any assistance would be very much appreciated. Many thanks in advance.

    Hello cgbartell,

Project files can become invalid if, when saving, there's not enough RAM available.
The project may be recoverable, but some sequencer data will be missing.

In a future update we'll improve the saving process to avoid this kind of problems.

Contact our support team at support [at] intua [dot] net and attach the project file
so we can take a look.

    Sorry for the inconvenience !
    Regards, Mathieu.
