Newly purchased banks don’t appear

Hi,

I’m a newbie, but I’ve noticed that two recently purchased banks don’t appear in the ‘Purchased’ browser section, despite confirmation from the Intua store which says ‘you own this’.
The two banks are the generic BeatMaker pianos and Brooklyn Mark One Rhodes bank.

Previously purchased banks do appear, just not these.

Any suggestions?
