It ensures complete data preservation during the conversion — including emails, contacts, calendars, tasks, and attachments.

What makes it stand out is its advanced algorithm that keeps folder hierarchy, formatting, and metadata (To, From, CC, BCC, etc.) intact. The tool also supports bulk conversion, preview before export, and works with all versions of Lotus Notes and Outlook. Whether you’re migrating a few files or an entire mailbox, this tool handles it smoothly and securely.

Hi everyone,
I recently upgraded to Outlook 2025, but all my old Lotus Notes data is still in NSF format. I tried the manual method, but it’s complicated and doesn’t support the latest Outlook versions.

After some research, I came across eSoftTools NSF to PST Converter Software. It’s pretty straightforward — just add your NSF file, preview emails, and export to PST or other formats. It also supports the newest Outlook editions. Has anyone else used this recently? Would love to hear your migration experience.
