External Midi command does not select Bank Groups

I set a CC to select banks groups and it does not work? Everything is correct because all the other midi commands work.
It's only bank group commands that do not. I have a brand new 5th generation Ipad Air with M1 chip running on IOS 16.
I reinstalled Beatmaker 3 and still does not work. Any Solutions out there?? HELP!

Hi first of all. Thanks for BM3 i think it the most powerful APP to Produce tracks on the fly.
The effects sound great. i am at the beginning. i use many outboard effects and synthesizers... but yes it needs time to get into it.
I Have a problem controlling a external synthesizer. i only can get one pad to control it. not every note.
maybe there is a easy way to make it.

I made a youtube video to describe my problem.

i am sure someone can help me.

External midi + tuner bank

I made this bank as an accessory for myself and thought id share it with you guys in case someone finds this useful.

Bank has 16 pads with empty wavs and midi in/out routed to corresponsing channels. Plus a 17th pad that has single cycle sine wave loaded that can be used as a tuner;
Put it on the same link group as the sample/sound you want to tune, change the default note that the pad plays to what ever note you want to tune your sound to, then just play your sound while changing its tune and you can hear when it matches with the sine wave.
