Every time we do a team-building day, it ends up being some variation of workshops, icebreaker questions, and maybe a group lunch. It’s fine, but it feels like everyone’s just going through the motions. I’m looking for something that makes people actually want to participate — something with a bit of competition, laughs, and maybe a storyline to keep it interesting. Has anyone tried turning a team-building day into a proper game?
