After my last session, I walked out feeling calm, but then I started second-guessing myself later that evening. Was that calm actually a sign that it worked, or was I just enjoying the quiet moment? Sometimes I expect some obvious shift, other times it’s more subtle and hard to describe. I’m curious how others tell the difference. How do you personally know when a session was really “on point” and not just a nice pause in the day?
