Hello, I have a big problem:

They have stolen my Mac and I had my Soundcloud login active on the stolen Mac. As soon as I got home, I tried to log in from my girlfriend’s Mac, and SC asked me for 2FA (two-factor authentication), which I had never set up. It was activated by default by SC for some reason I don’t understand. I don’t know if you’re familiar with it, but basically, it’s an extra password you need to use that relies on Google Authenticator or similar apps. Long story short, I don’t have the 2FA codes, I can’t access SC, and there’s no way to resolve this without talking to them. I’ve opened two support tickets with SC, but no one is responding. Do you have any ideas?

I am logged in with my Iphone but I can't go in the 2FA
