Best place in Texas to host a birthday party on a boat?

Hey everyone, I’m planning a birthday party for my partner this summer and want to do something unique — renting a pontoon boat with some friends. We’re looking at about 10 people. Ideally, somewhere not too far from Central Texas, with easy booking and decent prices. Has anyone done something like this before?
