How do I open old Lotus Notes NSF archives in Outlook?
Outlook doesn’t understand NSF files, so you’ll need to convert them first. I had some old NSF archives from my previous job, and I used eSoftTools NSF to PST Converter to bring them into Outlook.
Here’s what I did:
1. Opened the NSF file in the software.
2. Selected the folders I wanted.
3. Exported them as PST.
4. Imported the PST into Outlook using File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
It worked flawlessly—emails, attachments, and even the folder structure were exactly the same. If you want long-term access to NSF archives in Outlook, this is the most practical approach.
