PST File Locked and Won’t Open: How to Fix It?

I am facing an issue with my Outlook PST file — it seems to be locked, and I can not open it in Outlook. Whenever I try to access it, I get an error saying the file is in use or locked by another process. I have already restarted my system and made sure Outlook is closed, but the problem still persists. Has anyone faced a similar issue before? What could be the reason for a PST file getting locked, and how can I fix it to regain access to my emails and data?
