How to Reduce PST File Size in Outlook without Losing Any Data?
I have been using Outlook for a long time, and now my PST file has grown quite large, which is affecting Outlook’s performance and taking up a lot of disk space. I do not want to delete any important emails or attachments, but I do want to reduce the file size safely. Can anyone suggest reliable methods or tools to compress or reduce the size of a PST file in Outlook without losing any data? Also, is there any feature in Outlook to handle this, or do I need to use third-party software?
