Has anyone else in their 60s noticed a real difference in muscle strength and endurance with Rapamyc
Hey everyone, I'm a relatively active guy in my mid-60s. Like many, I've been looking for ways to stay strong and maintain my energy for hiking and general life. After doing a lot of reading, I decided to look into Rapamycin about six months ago.
I have to say, the change has been pretty surprising. I feel like I've got more stamina on my walks and I'm recovering faster after strength workouts at the gym. It feels like I've regained a bit of the spring in my step that I had a few years ago.
I'm curious if this is just me or if others have had a similar experience. I was reading this article on muscle strength and endurance that seemed to line up with what I'm feeling. Has anyone else in our age group noticed tangible improvements in their physical performance?
