Iphone System Sounds stop working when I use Beatmaker 2

When I use Beatmaker 2 my iphone system sounds stop working. I have to turn the iphone off and then on again to get the sounds back. Is there a setting in Beatmaker or a way to turn it off so it doesn't effect my system sounds?
