MIDI Playback for sequencing external TT-303
Hello; I'm trying to get Beatmaker 3 to sync up with an external instrument, a TT-303 Bass bot. All midi connections work, and I can input note data into Beatmaker 3, and this will trigger the TT-303, with no issues. My objective is for Beatmaker 3, to trigger the TT-303, but only as a synch/start/stop function. Ie, when I run Beatmaker 3, this will get the TT-303 to start running it's own internal pattern/step sequencer. The manual, page 18 (20), describes this (please see link)- "Lession 16". Beatmaker doesn’t support MIDI clock, has been requested, hopefully they implement it.
midi link sync is what i use as a clock for hardware. 99p !
Pure Midi-Tracks would be handy here too so we don't have to load empty samples to pads just to enable midi-output
