error loading samples

i am having a hard time loading the samples from my beatpack to my iphone it goes in but when i try to upload them into samples i get an error saying that a violation or permissions has occurred what is going on here any help or advice would be much appreciated.

    any wav. should be no problem, however, sometimes this seems to occur...BMs even totally shuts down when trying to edit particular kinds of wav. samples, (too massive??) my advive,,,try with some other samples first. BM will not allow mp3, but sometimes beatpack makes this mistake..
