Sending a program change to switch kits in a Zoom MRT3 from BM2 - How?

The manual says it is possible to send a program change so I hear kit 08(a nice 808-sounding kit) instead of kit 01, which I hate. It says it depends on the number of the kit found in the reference in the back of the manual. That MIDI PC # is 11, for the "Rap/HipHop" Kit. How can I send that PC message from BM2?

    I'm using an empty keyboard instrument to trigger the drum sounds on the MRT3. Also, the 4th beat of every measure sounds rushed, but only for the pattern assigned to the MRT3. The Piano Roll pattern looks perfect, nothing out of place. How can the timing be off?
