Why does INTUA have a support tab if they NEVER RESPOND?

I have sent 3 different messages to INTUA over approx 5 weeks and haven't received a response on any. What's up with that? Does anyone else here get responses when they contact them ?
** and no, it's not in my spam folder.

    Maybe they've been too busy working on BM3 for the past 25 years?
