The sampler is X level, it only needs to have Round and Random Robin and velocity crossfades, velocity curve to be the best ekit module out there too, this can easily be the best no bloat acoustic kit

Ah yes, random robin. I wrestled a bit with Rozeta but it is designed to do a different job. I do think AU MIDI utilities could tackle these sorts of features for more niche use cases like mine.

Yes, this has been requested before, and is often referred to as round robin.

But that aside, P-Locks are often requested, and so is layer switching ala random/round robin etc, so yeah both would be nice for sure.
