Automation Default Off -> On

Perhaps this has already been requested but can you please switch AU Parameter default setting to On or allow a user preference?

    Absolutely +1. It's currently hard to predict where your automations are recording to: pattern or timeline (and not yet possible to copy/paste or transfer automation data across if its in the wrong place)
