Preset Sequences??

Just a noob question. Are there preset Sequences already loaded when you first download this APP or is it a blank slate? If it's the latter this APP is seriously amazing. I sat in the back yard yesterday and created something that totally made my jaw drop... Or could I be mistaken... ???
