File archiving for a construction company

Currently, I am dealing with the storage of all our company's drawings and projects because no one has been following this process before, and it is complete chaos. Right now the server where we store our projects is working very slowly. Is this probably due to overflowing storage?

    And what exactly are you developing and building? Yes, this is usually the reason why the server can lag. I advise you to start using a server that has an archive option. At my company, we use ShareArchiver's file archiving software. There is also an option to move inactive files to special storage, where they can easily be found and opened. The server works faster, and the files do not disappear. You can try the demo version on their website.
