How long have you had this business, did you not notice before that so much money was spent on it? I had already read similar stories before I founded my dental clinic. I think you know that in dentistry, patients pay quite expensive services, even thousands of dollars, and if the provider charged large commissions, then this would be a huge amount for such a business.
