Which progressive dialer features are most useful?
There seem to be so many features included in progressive dialer platforms — call recording, analytics, CRM integration, queue management, etc. But I wonder which ones actually matter day-to-day. For those of you who use a progressive dialer regularly, which features turned out to be the most valuable and which are just nice extras?

For us, the most useful features are call recording, CRM sync, and real-time analytics. They save time and improve accountability. Queue management is great too because it ensures agents are always moving to the next call efficiently. The rest depends on your business model. I’d add that call monitoring has been invaluable for training new staff. Managers can listen in and give feedback right away. The “extras” are nice, but if you’re starting out, focus on features that reduce manual tasks and give insight into performance. Everything else is just bonus functionality.
