Linksys Router Firewall?
I am computer savvy, but network/router ignorant. In fact, I would have to study for a time just to be woefully stupid about routers and firewalls.
I cannot download kits to Beatmaker on my iPod touch, (I get the OPERATION: TIMEOUT error every time). My touch is connected to my home wifi with no issues. However, I'm also unable to use the "Remote" app to control iTunes, making me wonder if this isn't a firewall/router setting thing.
Does anyone run Beatmaker whilst connect via a Linksys router? Can you share with me the settings changes you had to make to get it working?
