KITS WONT DOWNLOAD TO IPOD FROM BEATPACK

ive pulled up the beat pack and created a beat kit but when i go on my ipod highlight the ip address and click download it take like 5 min before a error alert pops up n says it has timed out. if anyone can help me out it would be greatly appreciated
