How to access old OST emails after Exchange account removal?

I left my previous organization, and my Exchange account was deleted by the admin. Since then, Outlook has not allowed me to open the OST file anymore. However, that file still contains important emails related to my past projects. I need a solution that lets me access and read those emails independently, without reconnecting to the Exchange server or recreating the original Outlook profile.
