Hi everyone. I want to buy an off-plan property in Dubai this year. My budget is around 1.5–2 million AED. I like modern areas with good views and future growth. I heard Dubai Hills and Dubai Creek Harbour are popular now. But I also think about Palm Jumeirah or Business Bay. What areas look most promising for investment and living in 2026?
