Idea --> useful?

Hi everyone!
I had an idea how to show our best pattern to other people.
I made a screenshot of Beatmaker,

Beatmaker_Sequencer_Mb-genjokoan.png

then i took a transparent (26x26 px),

Beatmaker_Sequencer_marker.png

and so I made a pattern on pc:

Beatmaker_Sequencer_Mb-genjokoan_CHOP-SHUFFLE.png

Of course I could make a pattern on the iPod and take a picture of it, but I would have to put 3 parts on pc together so I think my way would be much easier.
What do you think of this idea?
Would it be useful for others? Or did I just wasted my time? <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_biggrin.gif" alt=":D" title="Very Happy" /><!-- s:D -->

    Thos could be helpful for anyone wantibg to see an image of a certain type of beat.

    if it does turn out similar to that, then tailing screen pics with the iPad will be a quick way, hehe. <!-- s:-) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_smile.gif" alt=":-)" title="Smile" /><!-- s:-) -->
