Private car service

I'm planning a night out with friends n we'll be hitting a few different spots, but none of us wanna worry about drinking n driving or finding parking late at night. Anyone here used a private car service for evening transfers n can tell me if it's actually worth the money compared to just taking Ubers or having one person stay sober? Would love some real experiences before I book anything. Thx.
