Best Way to Handle Contractor Payouts Across Countries
I work with contractors from different countries in video production. We usually pay editors, designers and motion specialists weekly, but transfers are becoming less convenient every month. Sometimes payments get stuck, sometimes exchange rates change unexpectedly, and sometimes people receive less because of hidden fees. Starting to think traditional bank transfers are simply not suitable for this workflow. Has anyone found a good solution specifically for international contractor payouts?
