Why does Backup IMAP Emails fail for large mailboxes?

edited May 28 in Off Topic

The backup IMAP Emails procedure sometimes fails for large mailboxes due to server timeout issues, unreliable internet connection, mailbox capacity constraints, damaged emails, or inappropriate IMAP settings. Many email providers also limit continuous data transfer, which could affect the backup process and leave emails unfinished. Manual approaches often fail when users try to backup thousands of emails with attachments and several directories.
To avoid these problems, I personally used the GainTools Cloud Backup Tool, and it handled large IMAP mailboxes smoothly without data loss.
Software provides secure IMAP email backup, maintains folder hierarchy, & backup attachments properly. It also supports selective backup and works with many cloud and email platforms. The best part is that it lowers backup failures and handles huge mailbox data efficiently, even for business email accounts.
