helicopter flight school
I’m looking to start my helicopter training from scratch and eventually get a commercial rating. Florida seems like the best place weather-wise, but there are so many options. Can anyone recommend a solid school that has good instructors and a structured career program?

I did my training in South Florida and really liked my experience at Pelican Flight Training. They operate right out of North Perry Airport and have been around for over 40 years, so they definitely know what they are doing. I chose them because they are FAA Part 141 accredited and use a fleet of Schweizer 300C helicopters, which are super safe for training. Plus, having 365 days of good flying weather meant no seasonal delays for my checkrides. They also offer a complete professional bundle from zero experience up to instructor level. (396 characters)
