Hello community! I have about 5 years of experience in hotel management in Europe and I’m aiming to transition into the luxury hospitality market in Dubai or Ras Al Khaimah. I’ve always wanted to join an international chain like Marriott, but applying blindly through third-party recruiters hasn't yielded much success so far. Does anyone know the best way to get noticed for openings within their brand portfolio across the UAE?
