I know we need to renovate our bathroom, but the idea of planning everything from scratch feels exhausting, with so many decisions about tiles, fixtures, contractors, and budget. For those who've gone through a bathroom renovation, how did you keep the process from becoming overwhelming, and what was the most important thing you learned about planning that helped things go smoothly?

Completely stress free? Hire a designer. Honestly I've done a lot of renovations in my life, going back to when I was pretty young, and now I'm genuinely glad I have the option to find specialists, create a custom bathroom design project, and stay minimally involved in the whole renovation process, which I honestly can't stand. So yeah, my last renovation was completely stress free.
