How to Import PST to Google Workspace?
You can import PST to Google Workspace using several methods, depending on your requirements. If you're migrating a single Outlook mailbox, Google's Google Workspace Migration for Microsoft Outlook (GWMMO) is the official tool. For organizations migrating multiple users, Google Workspace Migration for Microsoft Exchange (GWMME) is a better choice.
If you don't have Microsoft Outlook installed or want to avoid the manual setup, you can use Advik PST File Converter. It lets you import PST files directly into your Google Workspace account without Outlook. Simply add the PST file, choose Google Workspace as the destination, sign in to your account, and start the migration. The software also preserves folder hierarchy, email formatting, attachments, and supports bulk PST migration.

If your goal is to import PST files into Google Workspace, the main problem is that Google Workspace doesn't support direct PST imports. You'll need either Outlook with Google's migration utilities or a dedicated PST import tool to move the mailbox successfully.
First, I tried the manual procedure, but it involved additional steps and was not very good for importing a big PST file. Then I decided to use Softaken Mail Importer to rapidly import the mailbox to my Google Workspace account.
Steps I Followed for Accurate Import
* Open Mail Importer.
* Add the PST file.
* Choose Google Workspace as the destination.
* Sign in with your Google Workspace account.
* Start the import process.
* Verify a few emails after the import is complete.
If you're importing business or archived mailboxes, I'd recommend testing with a small PST first. Once you confirm that the emails, attachments and folders are imported correctly, you can proceed with the remaining data.
