Looking for some help with a sound I need...

I'm looking for a way to make that synth LiL Jon constantly uses. I have no intention of biting his stuff, but I need the sound as a base for a beat I have in mind. If I can get that sound, tweak it out a bit, and lay it down, I can get started on this project.

Now, I have Beatmaker, Argon Synth, NLog Synthesizer and NanoStudio... If anyone get help me get/make this sound using any of the Apps above (or any other compatible apps) I'd really appreciate it!

    @TheSavage: I thought it might, but how do I make the sound? I'm new to the whole synth game. Brand New.

    I'm looking for the prominent sound/synth in this song. I probably could have just said Usher 'Yeah', but maybe hearing the sound again will someone figure it out.
