Villa for a large company

For the next birthday party, instead of a restaurant, we decided to gather all our friends in one place for the whole weekend. The company will be quite diverse: someone likes to cook, someone goes to bed early, and a few people can stay up until the morning. Therefore, an ordinary house with beautiful photos may turn out to be completely uncomfortable in reality. I am especially worried about the number of separate bedrooms and a place where everyone can spend time together normally. What was most important for you when choosing a villa for a large company?
