Non-destructive chop gone in BM2
Can anyone tell me if non-destructive chop is gone in BM2? I tried editing the start and end of a sample and it forces you to save the sample before returning back to the instrument. In BM1 I could have the same sample on multiple pads with different slices.

But I gotta say this thing is incredible, it's better than a lot of hardware and I'm including current stuff aswell!
@ scythe - in BM1 you could load a sample onto a pad set the start and end points of the sample and just go back to the pad(s) and start playing, in BM2 you have to edit the start and end points then save as (so as not to overwrite the original loop/sample) then name the sample and save it somewhere before you can return to playing the pads. alot more steps/hastle involved. Yeah i know we have chop lab, but some times you just want to load up a sample/loop see how it sounds against you music then edit the start/end points to fit, and carry on playing, without have to keep saving all the time. Same thing that NS does and it's a pain in the arse.
We hear you. We'll try to bring this feature back soon!

so i.e, load a loop into chop lab, set bpm, set number of chops undo redo untill you find what you like then click ok and it take you back to the pads, then if you like it return to chop lab (mabey it could open on the last file you used) and then save as preset, something along those lines anyway. not quite sure how it would work but....

P.s
It is not that important as chop lab is great as it is, but it would be time/memory saving and damm usefull.
