Copy a WAV file from Safari into the pasteboard?
I was curious if anyone's figure out how to find a WAV file in Safari, copy it into the pasteboard, then bring it into Beatmaker? I tried using file apps like AirSharing and GoodReader, but they're no help. I also try copying it from an email, but that doesn't work either. Is the only possible way using FTP, or is there a workaround via another app?

A workaround right now would be if Intua added Dropbox support to BM2. If you find a sample online somewhere and want to get it into BM2, simply use one of the methods of getting files into your Dropbox (such as Send To Dropbox — http://sendtodropbox.com), then have BM2 access your "Samples" (or whatever) folder on Dropbox and import the WAVs.
It wouldn't be the most straightforward workaround, but it would work!
You would, of course, need a way of downloading the WAV files, but there are a few browsers and download managers you can get on the app store that allow you to download files and email them as attachments. I use a nice program called Filer to do this.
So, to recap, here's how a typical workflow for adding WAVs to BM2 might go:
1. You find some WAVs you like while surfing around on your iDevice.
2. You download those WAVs using an app like Filer.
3. You use Filer to email those WAVs to a service like Send To Dropbox, which puts them into your Samples folder in your Dropbox account.
4. You let BM2 access your Dropbox and download the WAVs you just emailed to it.
5. You've now added new samples to BM2 from the internet with no need for a real computer.
Maybe I should email this idea to Intua?
