If you're on a Mac, an app called Audio Hijack Pro is the best option. If you're on Windows, I think Audacity can record the audio easily. Just record the YouTube audio to 16bit WAV and import into your BM2 sample library. Simple as that, really.
you can also use realplayer downloader. you can basically download any flash video on the web (not just youtube) and use real player to convert it in one click:

You can snatch any vid and convert it to mp3!!!
Then chop it up in Audacity or any other wave editor!!!
