What Is wrong with EXPORT?? BUG??

edited March 2011 in General
Something is wrong with in the export process.. The reason is cus every time I try to convert a wav i make with BM, it seems to be an invalid file type with certain softwares.. If I try to import it into Cubase for MP3 conversion, it says Invalid Medium.. And if I try to import it into an audio converter, it doesn't even recognize the file...

What the heck is goin on there? <!-- s:? --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_confused.gif" alt=":?" title="Confused" /><!-- s:? --> I need to get a project done by friday and I'm stuck with no sure way what to do next.... <!-- s:( --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_sad.gif" alt=":(" title="Sad" /><!-- s:( -->

    Hi,

    If you could please send us the problematic wave file, and if possible, your whole project, we may be able to reproduce the problem and find a solution.
    Please email support at intua.net

    Cheers,
    Intua Team.

    I was able to fix the wavs because Audacity seemed to be the only thing that recognized as an actual wav... but not even Windows media wasn't able to read them properly without it skipping around. So I imported to Audacity then after I was able to re-export them again as wav, then Cubase was able to recognize Audacity exports, then I could go ahead and work on the song that way.. It's a long work around, but I was able at least to get passed it... I'm a bit busy today but as soon as I get back home, I will send you both the bad files and the whole project as well...

    Thanks Intua...
