can not transfer .wav files to pc

Hi,
Just bought this awesome app yesterday, spent times and made two intros, but.
I can not transfer files .wav to pc, cannot connect to my ipod with filezilla, , it's always show password not match, I have try entering password many times and it just did'nt work, tried filezila, fire ftp, with the same result.
Any help?

    No problem, I have change firewall permissions from the start though, but didn't helped, restart 3 three times and solved.

    Hi,

    Just received an email from support, but deleted, my reflex for spam I guess, lol sorry.

    I don't know what happened with my netbook, I use firewall and antimalware, I can manage to transfer my files from and to NS with nsync, BM2 with ftp can not log in, it was stuck at password, 3 ftp client (winscp,fireftp firefox extension and filezilla) all of them said password incorrect, I decide to restart and problems solved.
