    Don't you guys remember anything?
    When BM2 was released on Feb 8th at the very bottom of vast app description was this statement:
    "-Native iPad version coming soon as a free update."
    That statement was rather conveniently removed soon after.
    Need I say more... <!-- s;) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_wink.gif" alt=";)" title="Wink" /><!-- s;) -->

    Hi,

    To counter the misinformation from the post above, yes, native iPad version is coming soon as a free update, along with other features such as MIDI controller support.
    We're now entering beta stage, and will be sending BM 2.1 to beta testers very soon.

    Cheers,
    Colin

    Is the sequencer pattern splitting bug fixed? Is there any new effects? Is there pitch/time/formant in the keyboard sampler? Synthesis? You answered midi.

    Just a couple of questions...

    To counter the misinformation from the post above

    The communication between Intua and the diminishing user base is frankly shocking.

    Is it just me that finds the above response excessively accusational, aggressive and unprofessional.

    Do consider yourselves kings sat in some ivory tower?

    No, I don't think Intua was out of line. That dude is always saying very negative things about this company. Not sure why he exists.

    Thank you Colin for the update! I am stoked for BM 2.1 !!!

    Used to be so, but I think they are starting to communicate much better now. Cut them some slack!

    Thank you for the update Intua.
    Ya the communication with Intua could be better, but i don't really care as long as they spend the time working on the app!... Love Beatmaker.
    I also think the Beatmaker community needs to together on this forum, thats what is really lacking.

    I should be a beta tester!

    i dont know about everyone else but when i posted a question to intua, i had an answer the next day. i guess it depends on the nature of the question and how they can come up with the best response for it. i wouldnt want them to jerk us around for a fast response, i would much rather want a correct response when it takes a day or a week. but so far the response has been a positive one and im looking forward to the ipad upgrade and most of all the coremidi. there will be more updates im sure of it. but for now have fun with the program and let intua suprise us with more features to come. more suggestions and less questions.

    I believe the intua customer relations has improved greatly! Keep it up!

    Yes it has. Intua, what is the eta for 2.1?
  • edited 11:09AM
    I'd like know it too.. Intua says update will be avaible soon almost for 2 months.. 2 mnths aint soon for me..

    I have a feeling that soon really is pretty soon now <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) -->

    Intua is communicating better, and from the tone of their latest posts, I would say we don't have too long to wait. remember, after the beta testing and such, they still have to submit it to Apple and that can take up to a week. I have strong hopes for an ETA of July.....
