It would be a waste of your money until google do something about the latency on android. Try out supreme mpa on android and any drum app and you'll see what I mean.

This kind of thing is a mystery to me. Reminds me of when when a Mac user sees a Windows program they like, then they whine that the developer does not make a Mac version....

Something I learned long ago is the device is really not very important, it is the software (apps) that make it usable. Android has different strengths and weaknesses as an OS compared to iOs, so it is better for some people, and worse for others. When you buy something you should educate yourself about those strengths and weaknesses, so you can make an informed buying decision. It would be like a person that lives to play flash games, buying an iPad...... pointless.... Android seems to be geared to the more "geek" type and of course Google has zero experience in making an iOS for creative work like music, art, movies....etc. Apple on the other hand is a major player in the artistic world. Music creation, movie creation, digital art are their forte. So it would make since that their OS would be more friendly to the creative side of things.

Buy what you need, whatever the brand, use it and be happy!

For me Windows on my PC, and iOS in my hand is the best combination..... <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) -->
