Realtime Audio Timewarp
Hi Folks,
i'v got BM2 since yesterday and i have really much fun with it .
I learned that i can change the tempo of Audio Drumloops to the main Sequencer Tempo (e.g. 90 bpm).
Fine - so far.
But - what if i change the main tempo of my song ? The Tempo of my Audio won't change - it will be there at 90 bpm, right ?
This means i have to "retemping" (great word ) my Audiofiles manually ? So its the best to save all manipulated Audiofiles (tempo corrected) to a new file and dont overwrite the origininal Audio Drum loop, right ?
Another way is to split/chop the Loop in many pieces - so i can use it like midi notes and then i can easily change the tempo - but it must got a little GAP when i slow the song down...
How do you face with the Problem "changing the Tempo of your Songs & using Audio loops" ?
I mean, there is no realtime Audio Timewarp like Cubase (yeeees - Cubase is another dimension on much powerful Hardware, but just let me ask you).

At the moment, there is no real time audio timestretch in BM2. Timestretching is a complex process which requires a lot of CPU power, making it hard to achieve on iOS devices.
That being said, we are following the researchs and developments in this area so that we could provide this feature one day.
Cheers,
Colin
