Problem with the loop tool

Hi all, I am a recent user of BM and I really like this app. However, I encounter a small problem when editing my samples. Whenever I use the loop tool, I also use the zoom function for greater precision in my cutting. Unfortunately, every time I move the marker to start or end of the loop, BM automatically zooms out. It's really annoying, is there a way to lock the cutting position when I edit my samples?
