Copy & paste not compatible with Reactable?

I'm trying to export loops from BM2 to Reactable via copy and paste, but it won't work. A search in this forum show that it is a common problem, and is caused by different file name extentions used by the 2 apps (i.e. .wav vs .WAV). Could this be changed?
