Pad loop (not hold+loop) and clips/patterns

edited December 2011 in Support
Hi everyone,

I might be missing something obvious, but how do you set a pad so when you tap it, the sample plays and loops, then when you tap it again, it stops? Basically a continuous loop without having to hold down the pad.

The other thing I'm wondering about is being able to set song position markers and assign them to MIDI CC so using a controller I can jump around the timeline of the song.

Cheers,
LW.

  • The trigger style you are describing (ONE SHOT + LOOP) is not an option. The only options are ONE SHOT, HOLD, and HOLD + LOOP. Good idea for a future update though.

for looping you might want to try and increase the release on the keyboard, or drum machine. if its a full sample it should work.
  • I'm not sure what you need the ONE SHOT+LOOP function for but you can always record one bar of your sample and then use the song loop options to loop is continuously.
