Empty Samples Folders after FTP of samples

edited May 2012 in Support
The very first time I transferred .wav samples (kick, snares, hihats, etc sounds) to bm2 via cyber duck FTP all the samples appeared in the folder I placed them. Then after turn off my ipad2, running latest iOS and with 32gb, I go to open bm2 and select samples and now all I get is the exclamation point with "empty folder" in em now.

I've tried to delete the files on bm2 and retransfer them but nothing is showing up.

*Edit*
Tried what you said and still nothing...I WISH someone from the company would address this. Sucks when you have a potentially great app and poor support. smh

I have seen this error like so many times...

Make sure you load an empty drum machine, then make sure you are loading a sample...NOT an instrument (patch)!!! I can almost guarantee thats what you might be doing...as many producers seem to do this alot on beatmaker2!

Hope this helps...also dont forget when loading samples to pads (one at a time...grrr) be careful to switch pads before loading new samples as that is another thing i hear cussing about lmao!

    Hope this was helpful!

Thx for the reply! I haven't been loading patches actually. I did however have samples in .wav format in folders and I'd just dump the entire folder into a directory to be transferred. Could that be an issue? Should I drop each individual sample into the ftp program to be loaded?
