A virtual keyboard....

..would make this the greatest software ever created. I'm loving BeatMaker so far. A virtual keyboard with the ability to play a bass line, guitar line or other sampled keys would make this the ULTIMATE portable music writing studio.

Have the devs ever mentioned the possibility of adding this in the future?

    Would make it the ultimate app. There are a few other things they need to add too, like recording longer than 4 bars, but the keyboard is the answer to a lot of probs. Would even pay a little extra for it.

    but u can use pads as keyboard and play a bassline with <!-- s:?: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_question.gif" alt=":?:" title="Question" /><!-- s:?: -->
